Due to our experience working with multiple characters from multiple different makers, we understand the best way to create a mechanical skeleton or any mechanical additions to your show.
Dreamfactory Rabbit Ear TV, a specialised TV we created for The Rock-Afire Explosion show, we added pneumatic movements to this TV which moves along with the beat to the songs, we specially program these movements to get the best movement possible.

Dreamfactory Stage Turntable, a turntable we created for their Rock-Afire Explosion show, this is for the Rolfe & Earl / Uncle Klunk stage, these characters originally would have to be manually interchanged physically but our turntable removes this need and allows both characters show sets to be played without a massive struggle.

Mechanical Restorations
We can restore any kind of mechanics, Pneumatics, Electronics or Etc. We have had many experiences restoring animatronic characters, automation characters, curtian systems, pneumatic rebuilds, motor rebuilds and etc.
Pneumatic Character Restorations
For Pneumatic character restorations, we first strip the character fully and then check the condition of every cylinder on the character, anything which does not work or struggles to work we remove from the character and begin re-building it.
Any snapped parts of mechanisms are professionally re-welded or recreated.

For Pneumatic cylinder rebuilds we ensure to clean out the inside, apply new air-tight seals, lubricate/grease the insides, etc. We do all this to ensure it works for much longer, any Pneumatic cylinders which do not work anymore we find 1:1 replacements for or special order them.

Electric Characters Restorations
With Electronic characters we know how to rebuild motors, re-wire systems and create new control systems/power supplies.

We can service animatronics which use servos, motors, solenoids or linear actuators, we have full experience rebuilding these motors and re-programming electrically controlled animatronics.

For Automations we have learnt how to fix / re-create the mechanisms which may be worn out and also how to rebuild and re-wire the motors included inside, this brings back motion to characters which may be worn out from years of running endlessly.
