Fiberglass Repair

Our team knows how to repair broken fiberglass pieces cleanly and efficiently, this allows fiberglass pieces to continue being stable for much longer, during our repairs we also reinforce fiberglass to ensure it lasts longer.

Jazz Band Body Shells, these body shells are important for these characters as they are needed to protect the clothing from the internal mechanism many were cracked however due to a botched previous restoration. Our team reinforced many of the cracked areas and the shells in general so they will last longer, many were also missing and so we replicated many of these pieces our of new fiberglass.

Duplication

For some of our projects we have had to duplicate fiberglass pieces, we have experimented and found the best ways to duplicate fiberglass parts in high quality.

Head Shell Duplication Example, These images show a Fiberglass head shell mid-duplication, this shows how smooth our duplications and/or our new fiberglass productions are, this was made to be 1:1 with the original piece and fits perfectly onto the mechanism.
