We can provide various cosmetic pieces for your projects, either this be outfits for your character,fur, a face mask or hands, feet, etc.
Latex Pieces
The Animatronic Solutions team can provide various latex pieces for your project, we have many ways of creating latex molds from brand new sculpts to making perfect copies of previously existing pieces.
A Bluebird character mask we custom sculpted and produced in latex rubber, our artist use a high quality custom latex mixture, paint, fur and feathers when we produce a character mask like this.
Jazz Band character mask, this is an example of our replica masks. We can take any rubber piece and create a 1:1 replica. We can re-sculpt damaged areas referencing off old pictures and bring back what it once was.
Latex pieces can come un-painted or painted by one of our artists, we use high quality latex paints to prevent cracking, painting can either be hand painted or air brushed,
We recommend having a gloss finish to these pieces to prevent cracking and fading, however we can offer pieces with a matte finish or no finish at all. (Beware without a finish though paint chipping and fading is more common)
Clothing
We have had to produce multiple pieces of clothing for characters of all different shapes we make sure to use the highest quality materials and ensure every item is made to the highest quality possible.
New vest for Fiddling Fred-Bear character created using measurements of the original vest and modifying it to fit better to the character. The Fabric used is specifically picked to not sunfade over time and is great for outdoor use, it is lined and interfaced internally and includes features such as fake button holes and the pocket being carefully stitched shut.
New dress for Gulliver's World's Hard Luck Bear's show, this was created using a custom made pattern specifically designed to fit well onto this character's body. The clothing has strong stitching and internal interfacing to ensure it does not get damaged by her movements overtime.
Dook Larue character Head Fur, Created for Dreamfactory, this shows our sewing capabilities and how we can make seamless transitions between multiple different pieces of fur.
You can see in these pictures how this head fur is structured, as well as how they fit on the character when finally applied with the mask.
